The safety of all our customers is of paramount importance to us especially considering the current health concerns arising as a result of COVID-19. We are committed to providing you the best quality product. All our pieces are the latest, unique designs and most are handcrafted. We never compromise on anything especially the material our jewelry is made from. For hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. You will receive the same product you see on our website. In any case, if you receive a damaged item (very rare) , please inform us immediately, we will be happy to assist you. Customers MUST inform us within 7 days after receiving the parcel of any damages. All damaged items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the package.

Return Shipping will not be covered by Khazana Jewels, it is customer responsibility.

All Sales are Final.


Unless otherwise noted, Custom Orders are generally considered Final Sale. Lead time on Custom Orders is typically anywhere from 8 to 14 weeks.
